To me, I see real confidence between the two companies.

They've both committed to a do or die out come.

 So have I....take your time and get it right.

Noting their recent press....the emphasis is on removable memory.....With that, 20B U.S. would distinguish one class for the use of Flash...there are others. 

 The patents that DM now have in their control...represent, IMO, more than flash.
