Considering that EDIG was manufacturing, designing and selling product all through out the period that the patents were in force, and that virtually everyone save Gateway and Bang & Olufsen charged to market trampling over them, the courts might just view EDIG as having been used and abused versus being a patent troll...and the trolls aren't fairing so badly either.

I'm up for triple damages based on the whole enchilada !!!  lol
