I get the impression you and others are interpretting this as annual amount to EDIG. That can't be. The way I read it.......the $20B is the sales of infringing products per year...........now EDIG's piece is a royalty of X% (probably less than 1%......see PTSC board) or an upfront equivalent of the royalty stream.

You will be set for major dissappointment if Vivitar settles for a few million..........note settlements with PTSC have amounted to a few hundred thousand per infringer up to about $30M. Don't get me wrong, this adds up ....... but it takes years to get to these settlements or trial (very unlikely).

Think in terms of 10's or 100's of millions NOT billions.
