Yes, I agree. The IP can be a very long process (over 3 years for PTSC to see their first penny). It would seem to be unlikely any target will settle without some level of fight. My guess is one will go after our patents and another will go after "prior art" and yet another will claim they have never heard of EDIG and blame their vendor.
So, an airline or two would be just fine while we wait.
