Actually, PTSC is even more prolific than one settlement per month these days. Unfortuantely, other issues (Swartz selling into news, patent review, NDA on Dec settlement, etc..) continue to hold PTSC's pps down. They report ~Apr 9th.

As for EDIG, we will fine if DM continues down the road we are on, IMO. They are not chumps and they don't work for peanuts. DM can be assumed to be as greedy as the next company and they didn't take on EDIG for the giggles. DM wants results even more so than most here. I wish we had some idea of the time line EDIG v Vivitar; and / or EDIG v The E7 (or G7 for Gang of Seven?)
