Looks like digEcor never paid e.Digital the $25,000 mentioned in the DRM Agreement afterall. LL, so how is it digEcor is allowed to use our DRM technology at all?
In digEcor_Doc01, para 24, digEcor claims they offered to pay the $25,000 but e.Digital would not accept it. The answer why is found in [e.Digital's counterclaim] digEcor_Doc07, para 24,
e.Digital further admits that at one point in time, digEcor raised the issue of payment of the $25,000, but it never actually tendered the payment after learning that the parties had different interpretations of paragraph 2 of the DRM. e.Digital denies any remaining or inconsistent allegations in paragraph 24 of the Complaint.BOW probably tried to call an audible and change the spirit of para 2 of the DRM Agreement and e.Digital was having none of it.
