I think everyone was very happy that Duane Morris LLP was selected as EDIG's patent litigator. They have the size and experience to stay the course and expertise to recognize the opportunity at hand, hence the contingency arrangement.

And after reaching a settlement only after about 7 months since filing against LG, most are now ecstatic with the choice of DM.
