Re: LG .... Regarding consultation with client @ settlement
I just got off the phone with a friend that teaches legal ethics and he said there is no way a lawyer could make a final determination in a settlement without consultation with the client. More precisely Dwane Morris would have to consult EDIG about the terms of an agreement before it is finalized.
