Trillium, the words "communicate" "consult" are well and good. Both of them denote keeping EDig aware of what is transpiring. No where do either of those words say "permission from EDig"

I sat in RP's office on two separate occasions and talked at length about various aspects of the lawsuits and in ALL the conversations RP state unequivically "DM is in total control"

Perhaps I did not follow up in the proper manner and ask "Does EDig have to approve of the details DM has worked out with an infringer"? but the way the conversation went RP said EDig had input, guide lines, P. Nunnally involvement but is was made quite clear to me that DM made the deals.

If I am mistaken then I apologize to the board for misinformation. I am just reporting to you what I clearly heard him say.
