The $64K question...was it 1, 5, 6, 7 or 8 that settled on Jan 8th, or is it possible that someone not yet sued, sees then hand writing on the wall and made an offer to license and pay a settlement fee, BEFORE DM dug their claws into them?
Is an event such as this possible?
Such as pulling your car over and asking a cop to give you a ticket for 75 vs 85, even when he was not even clocking you nor put on the red lights?
Not naming the company is strange from my perspective, yet these NDA's are probably complicated and have different stipulations for each infringer.
