doni, I don’t believe I ever said all future PRs would include the settling company name. What I said [or meant] was I believe all future settlements would first be found on PACER and then a settling PR would be released by EDIG. I still believe that. As LL has said, it all depends on the terms of the licensing agreement. If Nikon didn’t want their name in the PR but was agreeable to settling for X millions, you can bet EDIG accepted those terms.
