I Agrree After analyzing the report yesterday I came up with the conclusion that the one that settled yesterday was one out of the 174+ the reason is if it is one of the defendents then a pacer or any filing will drop their name from the pending lawsuits. most likely after scoring the first win with LG and Casio most likely RP and PN and DM had some talks with this company and they decided to settle may be it is Panasosic or Canon or any other entity from the 174+.

DB I guess this will make it 173+ (174+ minus one) or 200+ minus 1 it is your call . LOL
