That's what I thought, but the term "gray market" is not the original manufacturer making real products off shore and selling them in the USA.
I'm no lawyer, but in my 40 year career in the electrical industry, gray market meant fake/copy cat products being sold under the table vs traditional means, to illegally compete against the real deal.
Heck, what CE product is made in the USA anyway???
