We need a markman , we need a trial by Jury without them all deals will settle without any names or amounts mentioned and that is really what is hurting us.

Samsung is our building block when they fall they will make it easier for Microsoft, intel, Ti , apple and the like to fall faster in our basket. I think what we got from the previous six is enough cash to take us into next year without any borrowing or issuing more stocks. I know more infringers will be named soon and they will setttle like the previous six but samsung has an alligator skin touch but not tough enough for edig.

2009 and 2010 will be very interesting years in our history the history of edig and I see victory in the horrizon.
