With two of EDIG’s patents dismissed from the Samsung lawsuit, this would seem to be a lousy case to go to a Markman Hearing. Getting a favorable Markman ruling on only two patents [assuming we would get a favorable ruling] just doesn’t seem worth all the time/expense of another year of litigation. With these recent case developments, I’m hoping for a Samsung settlement and a not-to-distant filing with new defendants. Make that a GINORMOUS settlement and a HUGE number of new defendants. LOL
