Nothing more to the company than DM ????
Hmmm....what does DM represent? A legal assessment of EDIG's intellectual property valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Quite an asset to leverage imo.
Why would a shareholder seek to minimize the value of the company's key asset?
DM had no problem decerning the value to the point where they were willing to lay out their own capital before receiving dime one.
When you have cash, no debt and a stream line operation, not to mention the means to continue to generate cash flow, you have a unique company in today's market.
At some point they may have to reinvent themselves, either via more IP developments such as their patent pending projects or merger and/or acquisitions.
But currently, only year one into DM's efforts, things are tremendously better than just one year ago. That's a trend worth repeating.
