So how do you invest, soley on the facts or expectations based on facts?

What facts keep you invested and since there are no new suits, why are you invested since there are no facts to support future income?

And yes, it bothers me too that we don't have 20 more law suits to discuss/speculate as to the results. All I can figure is that it is tied to the outcome of the SAMSUNG deal.

And I have raised the question and reported accordingly....they pass the buck to DM.
