It would have been a straightforward matter for them to say they are about to or they are filling x number of law suits with no more information. Nothing revealed with this statement. There were several other questions that you convieniently did not address. I am involved, as an officer of my firm, in a couple of them in the same exactly spirit as our firm here. But I am on the phone every day with the attorneys in devising our strategy. Well draw your conclusions about our management. Its like pulling teeth. LOL.

I have not bought any shares and I have not sold any either. if I would try to sell the price would have gone way low. but unlike you and several others I am concerned. Time for me to go back and manage.
