It's time to remind everyone about this 20 more by March comment by RP to sunpoop.

Words to this effect as posted way back when by SP:

"We expect as many as 20 more filings by the end of this quarter (3/31/09), but the timing is up to DM."

TR, you and everyone esle who has given this any thought, can come to a reasonable conclusion, but not based on fact, that something is causing this delay, and IMO it smells like Grandma's sauce.

"Joey, pasta will be served when my sauce is ready, and not before. Now, get out of my kitchen and go visit with Grandpa."

So, I passed the buck to Grandma, and drank Dego Red with Grandpa.
