Without knowing how high up the food chain SAMSUNG is with respect to the other infringers, I am looking for settlement numbers that give EDIG another record year in revenues.

If SAMSUNG equates to a bigger number than the first 6 settlements combined, then I will be very happy with DM's first round results....and look forward bigtime to the next round of filings...which could be ANY DAY. We have 7 months to file and settle the next round, which is quite doable after looking at last years results.

Revenues, revenues, revenues....profits profits, profits....a commodity not readily found for small companies in the current ecomony.

That being said, anything over $10.1 million is a big positive for a single settlement in my book. I do like the higher estimates and would be pleasantly surprised if EDIG/DM can move this into that range of settlements, but beating last years numbers is my goal...and one on which analysts will focus.

With 1.7 hundreds of infringers to go, I feel it is way too early to feel everything hinges on any one settlement.
