I'm hoping the number is way north of $10 million. Want a big number attached so things don't appear as nuisance lawsuits/settlements. I understand the more "wins" we get the less it appears as a "nuisance" but a larger settlement number, particularly from the likes of Samsung, helps remove that label in the minds of some (not my mind).

I'd also say a steady stream of settlements in the ranges we've seen so far aren't going to catapult the stock into the range where some people's breakevens are (people invested from way back). However, forgetting the past and just looking at it from a 2009 and forward perspective, a continual uptick in the share price is good news for new investors or for recent share purchases.
