But, the negotiated Fee agreement is quite reasonable and will be held all the way to Supreme Court considerity the complextity of the case, the expertese brought to the table by DM, the result acheived, and the RISK/REWARD factors that are the standards used by the Courts in assessing if a fee agreement between the attorneys and the cllients was way out of line and excessive...
