Well, yes there was.

As you politely said in your PM, when a person makes a comment or words a question in such a way that others could be influenced by it, even though the poster, in this case me, was not trying to mislead anyone, it deserves to be corrected.

The board deserves to know, now that the "Monday Night Fights" are over (LOL) what I said that caused you to PM me...."Then why did Samsung not risk going to Markman?"

I believe my post was in response to B-Lunist...not sure, and the wording of my question made sense to me, but to a legal mind it did not, and can be misleading.

I am not short in the EGO dept by any means, but when I am wrong, and someone wants to challenge a comment and do so in a respectful manner, I have no problem with that. Heck, I agreed with you in the PM exchange and felt your knowledge should be shared.

I sure did not want it go 12 rounds so to speak, but it all ended in a nice tone.

Now we can move on....
