Your APPL comment makes me wonder if DM will wait for all of the CO 19 to be concluded, before filing round 3, as they did with round 1.
I hope this is not the case, unless the CO 19 are wrapped up in 6 or 8 months from Nov 3rd. These tier 1 suits seem so cookie cutter, cut and past the names, I have a hard times understanding why they wait. Maybe Gil can give his opinion?
