It even has a chance, as DISCHINO said early this ,morning, Apple may be involved in a "Global Settlement" where NOKIA-EDIG-APPLE settle their Beef, and go their merry way...Lol...
If if not, I don't think you are talking 10 years, as the issue will be going through Courts expeditiously in that it will be a Motion for Summary Judgement by Apple, and since the "Language" needing interpretation is that of the Supreme Court, and there is no issue for the lower Courts to address, the case will reach the Supremes much earlier than 10 years...
