I do think Apple qualifies as an infringer and would be surprised if they were not on the list. Whether DM sees them as tier 1 or 2 remains to be seen.

Either way, it will represent more dollars to EDIG's bottom line...a bottom line that is netting around 60% ( gross profit), which for most business's is quite an enviable place to be.

EDIG's gross profit equates to about 60% of revenues. Analysts should eventually make the point that due to their IP model the are equivalent to much larger companies whose top lines measure in the hundreds of millions to reach equivalent nets.

6 of 6 = $10 million with a net of around $4 million.

20 of 20 = $34 million with a net of around $20 million (assuming $1.7/settlement)
