It's the "What came first, the chicken or the egg?"

That comment is in regard to the patent and the arguments of RAM they are squabbling over.

Applying for that patent had to be a nightmare in getting it to align proper....this relates to the chicken/egg question.

The test of the applicant efforts is coming, if we pass the test we should be golden.

So far, the major arguments are not over the patent. They're over the application/prosecution process and the integrity of the inventors. Who said what, who wrote what, who recorded what, who lied....etc.
