It could be as simple as edig knows the new EVU will be reverse engineered and the competition will learn something new ,

So why launch it without a" significant order " , I wouldn't put it out there for a couple hundred units for the theives to gain tech for there garbage units !

I agree with you , shelve it for now , dust it off and launch it when a large order comes in !
