All good observations regarding moving the company forward as the IP strategy hits a more consistent rhythm.
Considering EDIG is grossly undervalued should its patent portfolio strike paydirt on a higher level, a takeover/buyout might even be a better solution for investors...certainly a quicker and more painless option.
A $60-$200 million settlement on the eve of a trial, with over 150 infringers remaining on the block, would do the trick.
In the meantime, $5-$10 million settlements still make this a $2+/share company, imo.
How high is high depends on how the market perceives events unfolding, elements arising and profits hitting the bottom line against a monthy burn rate of only $125K with no debt on the books.
