Yes... even though I just stated current mngt has great understanding, briging in high-calibar talent would be an excellent sign.

We know nothing about the quality of the 4-5 EEs there now except that RP told me they're capable of doing all upgrades inhouse - and those stated upgrades were pretty impressive.
He also told us our US OEM wasn't helping; which suprised me.
