DB, you said...

"Considering EDIG is grossly undervalued should its patent portfolio strike paydirt on a higher level, a takeover/buyout might even be a better solution for investors...certainly a quicker and more painless option."

What's another ten years of waiting and torture to the body? This group is addicted to this way of life owning the stock....kidding!!!

I can't believe the likes of a Samsung, Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, LG, Microsoft etc etc, would not see the value in owning our tech, expecially when/if the encryption patent is approved, when we have more cash in the bank, and as you point out often, 150+ claimed infringers yet to wrestle with, and most likely have an ROI of 3 to 5 years IMO?

$7/share is about 2.05 Bln.....chump change for the above.

I'm tired of flipping the calendar and taking pain medicine...LOL!!

Send me a proxy vote with a take over bid and if the price is right, I'm all in.

How many people here are under 50 and have the time to wait another 10 years?

And Larry The Cable Guy says what?
