They have gotten one time settlement payments for past infringements....and they have closed out legal issues "with prejudice"....and they have given out licenses at varying degrees....

But what's to say they have not agreed to do business?

e.Digital should be bidding Samsungs controller work and replacing the real culperts....ie... Zoran. If that does not pan out....then they go for the throat and flush out Zoran, or any other company that Samsung farms out to implementing e.Digital methods.

multiply that by 170 last count...

When the elements eventually get shown, we can all make up our minds at that point....I will anyway.
