I tend to agree, and maybe more.

I keep thinking big companies like Olympus, LG and Samsung, even though we felt the settlements were "low" have enough on the ball to know what they did wrong. These 10 under our belt did not right checks, cross license and a few royalty deals just for their health.

3 of 19 done and the remainder are large companies.

Why pay $10 mln or more, when you can make us go away for 1/2?

I just don't see 16 taking the risk...but what do I know? lol
