If SanDisck partners with EDIG then it sells its Discs to HTC in Taiwan, or the Group of 12 engineers who left Samsung and formed in their owen company, and they reverse engineered EDIG tech and then started making widgets for Samsung, does that mean they or Samsung are protected by the "Course of Commerce" defense?...

Yo are right in saying through discovery EDIG is after establishing a "Chain of possession" of its tech to prove a "PLAN" to get the use of its tech without compensating it for its use.
