I can appreciate what you say, but for me I feel that they have to be amicable if they are trying to fill the original consideration for this company...agnostic.

That one word captured the imagination of many(including me), IMO, it can happen.

All we need to see is the right contract from anyone ...and things will start to roll. If that happens the legal issues will become less important.
