Dec 10th is a key date. What happens that day will tell us where we are headed.
Possibilities:
- all settle
- many settle
- a few settle
- all but 1/2/3 settle
- none settle
Then, what happens after these possibilites, if there are any heading to the Markman?
On the court house steps the rest fold, if any left by then, or does the Markman take place.
Anyone scratching their head?
Gil pointed out the absence of Pacer news for 4 months tells the story, and he "stuck his neck out" saying "all will settle."
My bet remains, Markman will not take place, just as it did not re: TX 7.
