Not sure what the settlement timing has to do with the new element timing, other than it would be some rather good back to back news, packing a nice punch, but I'm hoping the new technologies/patents and business developments are what is being considered as the significant factor that they expect will be driving new investor interest.

For EDIG to have another front on which to generate revenues beyond the work DM is doing would add another dimension and asset value to this investment.

Regardless of the timing, we have a Markman date in late January...just around the corner.

Hard to believe the volume is not reflective of company declarations and that there have been no leaks, although many possible scenarios exist.
