Yep..not up to us but I'd rather get markman win (with the larger money that would follow) rather than settlements prior to it. Markman win would obviously go a long way towards providing more clarity surrounding the patents value/worth/etc. Stating the obvious here but if we're this close to the hearing let's just get it over with, so to speak. Unless of course there's some huge settlement figure like $100 million with future royalties but no evidence TO DATE to support that.
