Exactly my thinking. Putman made promises to shareholder's that he couldn't deliver on, so he is thrown under the bus. Certainly Falk endorsed those commitments made by Putman to shareholder's, so now what does he tell the investor to keep the hype up. Edig will form a division within itself, what sense does that make. The size of edig certainly would not warrant the need to create a division as he described its responsibilities. The announcement is vague at best as to what we might expect from this newly created division, or even why its necessary. As shareholder's we should be dam mad at "edig" management and the way they strung us shareholder's along all year on hype they couldn't delivery on. The board of director's are equally responsible for allowing this irresponible act on the part of Falk and Putman.

Hopefully, the patent infringement efforts of DM will be the saving grace of this otherwise disgracefull "edig" story.
