I agree.

Considering the recent pay raise and the lack of elements/etc delivered as indicated, I'd say there better be some solid results between now and the shareholders meeting or it could get ugly. He has bought another quarter to manuever.

Somehow I think the new patents are quite real and DM will have banked some money by then to ease the timing snafu we have just witnessed.

Also, I think shareholders deserve some clarity on the timing for round 3's announcement.
