What is sad is that you feel that way, yet remain engaged and invested.
I don't feel that way as I understand the length of time it takes to deal with the patent process. It has always been about the PATENTS, first and foremost, and we have never been so close as to having them validated, not to mention, embarking in a new direction with 8 more patents.
If they have a deal on the patent front already, which is not yet clear to me, then it is even bigger in that they will not have to go the DM route necessarily.
