If what you state is true, then I agree, we should have gone after them right away. Chances are that we could have entered into royalty agreements based on sales of products infringing on our patents.

A lot more money, in my opinion, is made on royalties as opposed to one time settlements. We may have even developed more products and marketed them to consumers if the resources would have been available.
