I recognize that waiting for Marcia has put everyone on edge, but dredging "old" company statements from the past, and posting them here out of context, is neither necessary nor justified in engaging in more of the same "HE SAID SHE SAID" discourse...

For example; the following statement posted by our resident ARGUER PAR EXCELLANCE that the companay was encouraged by the preliminary independant examination of their patents, includining #5,491,774 patent, means no more and no less than the cotext it was offered.

""The preliminary independent evaluations we have received to date on our flash memory-related patents and claims are encouraging, particularly on our #5,491,774 patent."

How can one possibly NOT construe that as most promising?"

If, as Ms. ARGUER Supreme and her fellow travellers posit, the above statemetent by the company related to their assessment of what the preliminary independant evaluations by DM were showing, said statement could mean NO MORE THAN THE FACT THAT DM AND HIS EXPERTS WERE FEELING POSITIVE ABOUT THE LITIGATION AS MEANS OF ENFORCING SAID PATENTS.

Simply said, there is NOTHING in the above quoted statement that either DM and their Experts, or the Company were saying that all the company patents , including #5,491,774 were set and ready for licensing to other companies, and that "prospects were most promsing."...

That question was subject to litigation and not decided yet...

Besides, we have heard all this before, and after a while all this jousting gets boring and contributes nothing to our collective knowledge of where this investment is headed...
