I'm not going to argue with you, but IMO all these statements by you are "your opinion" which you are entitled to and "could be" true.

They are not however statements of fact as you are presenting them and certainly cannot be substantiated with any of the information provided by you so far or by anything less than an insider outright confirming your thoughts.
