Is great news to us and with raising the bar I would guess no less than $3M or up to $5M Hopefully.

The defendents lawyers are no fool it just does not make sence to them 5 months to rule on two claims I guess JMHO that they sensed that these two claims went or will go our way along with the other six remaining claims.

I guess all will settle before or after the Markman hearing except HTC because they think they are HOt To Contrrol (HTC) if we go to court it will be against HTC . Nokia will pay us too soon all IMVHO.

This is great news and more good news to come.
