As usual, in your eagerness to answer my post you managed to misunderstand. When large companies announce large settlements that affect materially their price and, conceivably, their viability, there is not any reason why Panasonic would get excited to admit that they paid Edig a small amount or even a large one. If the amout is large, Edig and DM would love to announce it. If it is small, Panasonic would admit it and Edig has plenty of reasons to hide it. I hope this helps.
