I didn't see what you said to him...Is he referring to the content of the release or who the release is distributed to?

I'm not as concerned with the contents of the release as I am with to who they are marketing it...Its only going to current shareholders or people requesting the info...

They should be working with some typoe of makreting/PR firm to get this settlement news out...
