Joe- Lets get over what?? None of us here want anything other than success from EDIG. We have been stung by these NDA's before and now we seem to get the same thing over and over again.

I'm not salaied by EDIG. If all that is at stake is a continued salery for those that work for EDIG then lets us know that. So far it has been a scam when ever they announced NDA.

I think of all the hard work that has been done by some on this board and for them to swallow a NDA as some kind of explanation to what is happening just isn't right.

If what is improtant was the Markman then lets wait. If it requires a trial, then lets wait. Why settle for some pittance and then have some crap about NDA thrown at you to keep you in the dark. Thats bull. I have had that for the last 12 years . Sell that to some dope, dom
