If JMK messes this case up, she won't be one of the 10 worst judges in the country.....she will be the No. 1 worst judge, therefore, she is being very cautious in making a decision in this case. The non-decision she issued, IMVHO, is self preservation. Another reversal could a "death knell" to a career.

If the decision to bring DM on as our law firm was a good one, then they will respond definitively and make us proud. The company has done their part by getting the "DM deal" consumated. Now we must wait and let the lawyers & the court system slowly grind forward until this case is resolved. As for me, I buying more!
