My investing in EDIG had nothing to do with FRED, RP, or the decision they made or not. As far as I am concerned they can replace FRED with Charlie Chan tomorrow, and it still it would be irrelevant to the issues facing the company, DM, and the shareholders...

There is an OPINION by a US Disrtict Judge that even the Judge is not certain about and has asked the parties to address their views to the Court within 30 days. And the Judge may respond by changing her mind; (it happens quite often you know.)...

To deflect the attention of the investors at this time from the FACT that is in their best interst to give the Judge, and DM their 30 days without starting the "FIRE FRED WAGON" rolling down the hill can only be beneficial to the "DAY TRADERS".

And Ric we have seen this before if you have been here since 1994...

Some one did which showed there about 70 million shares owned by some 70+ shareholders. This is clearly far more shares than POLIS FAMILY, FALK FAMILY and othe big shareholders shares combined. Yet have established ad nausuem that the company is not run for the interest of US, nor the management seems to care about what is writtem here as often as it has...
